能力本位教育培训模式对我国幼儿园教师培训的启示

摘    要:本文系统论述了能力本位教育培训模式(CBET)的定义、特点和理论基础。能力本位教育培训模式的运用可以促进幼儿园教师的专业成长,弥补我国原有幼儿园教师培训模式的不足。当前我国的幼儿园教师培训可以依据以下几条原则尝试引进能力本位教育培训模式:培训、实践与研究相结合;以参训者为本;参训者积极、主动地参与培训的准备工作;灵活地选择学习内容和学习方式;建立多元评价体系,注重实效性。

The Inspiration of the Kindergarten Teacher's Training in China from the CBET

Abstract:The thesis systematically dissertates on the definition, characteristics and the theoretical basis of the CBET.The application of the CBET could sponsor the professional development of the kindergarten teachers, which could also be a complementarity to the old mode of the kindergarten teacher's training. The present training could follow the principles below to introduce the CBET: the training, practice and the research should be combined; the training participant should be treated as the subject; the training participant should take part in the preparation of the training initiatively; the learning contents and methods should be selected neatly and wisely; a pluralistic evaluation system should be built up and the efficiency be focused on.
