| 摘 要： | 大学生成才目标管理是发展个性、培养优秀人才的有效途径，正确而科学的成才目标具有规定自我教育方向和诱发行为动因的双重作用。抓好目标的制定、实施、评估等环节，注重充分发展学生的个性，促进学生全面协调发展，有利于张扬学生个性，培养专长人才，使更多的优秀人才脱颖而出。

| Abstract: | College students' Talent-Cultivating objective management is an effective way to develop individuality and ability. Correct and scientific talent-cultivating objective has dual effects on self-education and behavior incentives. Holding fast to the decision, implementation and evaluation of the objectives, paying attention to students' individuality and promoting their all-round development can give full play to students' individuality and turn out more talents with special abilities. |
