| 摘 要： | 低成本战略是哈佛大学迈克尔.波特教授于上世纪八十年代初提出的三大基本竞争战略之一,正确认识和应用该战略在市场竞争日益激烈的今天仍具有非常重要的意义。本文通过介绍两个成功实施低成本战略的企业案例,重点阐述了企业如何才能成功实施低成本战略。

| Abstract: | Low cost strategy is one of the three basic competent strategies put forward by Michael Porter of Harvard University in the early 1980's.It is still important today to use and apply this strategy correctly.This article,by introducing two cases of successfully actualizing the low cost strategy,expounds how an enterprise can implement it. |
