过氧化钙的常温合成工艺研究

摘    要:以氢氧化钙和过氧化氢为原料,通过添加稳定剂,实现了过氧化钙的常温合成,并考察了反应时间、加水量、稳定剂用量、氢氧化钙过量系数等因素对产品纯度和产量的影响,结果表明:在Ca(OH)2的用量为5 g,反应时间为5 min、加水量为10 mL、稳定剂用量为35 mg、氢氧化钙过量系数<5%时,产品中过氧化钙的含量可达到70%左右。

Abstract:Calcium peroxide was synthesized at normal temperature by using calcium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials together with stabilizer,and also studied was the influence of the reaction time,the dosage of water,the dosage of stabilizer,the superfluous coefficients of calcium hydroxide factors to the content and the yield of calcium peroxide.The results indicate: the content of the calcium peroxide reached 70% when reaction time was set at 15 minutes,the dosage of water 10 milliliter,the dosage of stabilizer 0.035 gram,and the superfluous coefficients of calcium hydroxide less than 5%.
