| 摘 要： | 综述了多小波变换理论的发展及其在图像处理方面的应用,展望了它今后的发展。实验表明多小波方法在信号去噪、图像数据压缩等方面可以取得比单小波更好的效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we review the multiwavelet theory and its application in image processing, and point out some interesting issues in future research. The experimental results show that multiwavelet transform can give better results than scalar wavelets in the signal denoising and image compression. |
