| 摘 要： | 后现代主义作为一种教育思潮，为成人教育教学改革提供了新的思路、新的视角，它启示我们：成人教学研究应从一元走向多元，教学目标应从统一走向差异，课程应从静态单一走向动态综合，教师应从权威走向“平等对话”。
