改革开放大潮中的中国高等教育发展

中国改革开放30年来，伴随经济发展、社会进步和民族复兴，高等教育发生了翻天覆地的变化。1977年恢复高考，成为唤醒中国改革开放的第一声春雷。同时的扩大派遣留学生表现了中国对外开放的姿态。1998年国家教育部正式出台了关于高校扩招的重要举措，中国从此进入高等教育大众化阶段。“211工程”和“985”工程的实施，开启了中国建设世界一流大学，实现高等教育强国的梦想和努力。在科学发展观指导下，高等教育由规模扩大、外延发展向质量建设、内涵发展转变，中国高等教育走上又好又快发展的道路。
