| 摘 要： | 作为高等教育的对象，大学生常被比作“天之骄子”，但近年来却遭遇就业难的问题。从市场中最大量也是最普遍最基本的现象—“供给”与“需求”的关系出发，能够找到大学生就业难的根本原因及有效途径。

| Abstract: | As the receptor of higher education,college graduates were once termed those specially favored by heaven.But situation is quite different these years that they have become more inclined to suffer employment problems.The article tries to find the causes and corresponding solutions from the perspective of supply and demand relationship-the most fundamental and common market phenomenon. |
