运动负荷试验引起低血糖休克一例报告

运动负荷试验是评定人体工作能力、确定心血管机能状态常用的实验方法。其实验时间短,运动量较小,一般不易发生低血糖休克。本例受试者空腹时间过长,在逐级递增负荷运动试验后恢复期发生低血糖休克。在运动负荷试验时发生低血糖休克,须与其它原因所致的休克,尤其是心源性休克相鉴别。及时静脉注射高渗糖,可使病人迅速痊愈。长时间空腹状态应作为运动负荷试验禁忌症。

One Case of Hypoglycemic Shock Caused by Exercise Test

The exercise load test is an experimental method which is often used to evaluate the body working ability and assess the state of cardiovascular function. In the test, short time and small amount of exercise are needed,and the hypoglycemic shock is seldom seen. Since the case subject had been on an empty stomach for a long time ,the hypoglycemic shock occurred at the recovery period after the progressive load test. Therefore,the authors point out in this paper that it is necessary to distinquish hypo-glycemis shock from other kinds of shocks .especially from the cardiac shock and to carry out proper salvage methods.
