| 摘 要： | 赛内检查和赛外检查是兴奋剂检查的两种方式,是打击使用兴奋剂行为的两个有效的手段。通过比较二者的概念、实施方法、操作程序等内容,可以清楚的看到二者各自的优缺点。通过对1993～1997 年赛内、外检查结果的比较分析,可以看出这几年国家体育总局在逐步加大兴奋剂检查的力度的同时,逐渐注重赛外检查。但如何调整赛内检查和赛外检查的分布、结构,使之更科学、以及怎样使赛外检查得更有效,并进一步提高兴奋剂检查的质量,将是今后工作、研究的重点

| Abstract: | In competition tests and out of competition tests are the two ways of doping control. They are effective measures for cracking down doping behaviors. By comparing their concepts, their implementation and operation procedures the advantages and disadvantages of the two ways of doping test can be seen clearly. The results of the in competition tests and out of competition tests from 1993 to 1997 were compared and analyzed. It was shown that in the past 5 years at the same time with the progressive strengthening of doping control the State Sport General Administration of China attached more and more importance to out of competition tests. However, to adjust the distribution and structure of the two ways so as to make them more scientific, to make the out of competition tests more effective and to further improve the quality and quantity of doping control will still be emphasized in future researches. |
