| 摘 要： | 为了建立和维护网络交往的基本秩序，必须设定网络语言伦理原则及规范。网络语言伦理原则包括网上言论自由原则、尊重他人人格原则和无伤正当利益原则。网络语言伦理规范主要有话语权利平等、语言内容健康、意思表达真诚、网络评论公正、信守网上承诺、维护国家安全、不曝个人隐私、不传商业秘密等8条规范。

| Abstract: | To maintain the order of network communication, moral principles and norms should be set for network language. The principles involve freedom of speech, showing respect for others'personality and inflicting no damage on others'interests. The norms include equal right of speech, healthy content, genuine expression, fair comments as well as keeping one's promise, safeguarding national security, exposing no privacy and revealing no commercial secret. |
