党的执政能力建设与大学生思想政治教育

本文以中共中央《关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》和中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》的精神,紧密结合高校思想政治工作的实际,提出并阐述了当代大学生是加强党的执政能力建设的希望所在、当代大学生是党的执政主体的后备力量、大学生思想政治教育是党的执政能力建设的重要方面、注重发展大学生党员是优化党的执政基础等四个理论问题。
