| 摘 要： | 如果没有县域经济的发展和民生经济的繁荣，就不会有真正的东北振兴。只有城乡互动才能和谐发展。城乡互动振兴东北经济的思路是：要素整合扭转“边缘化”局面；坚持走新型工业化道路求协调发展；尝试县域经济的市场化运作整合资源；加强政府职能转变力度为经济发展提供制度环境，加强县域融资支持为中小企业注入“血液”。

| Abstract: | There is no real rejuvenation of northeast China without the development of country economy and the booming of people's livelihood.The interaction between city and country will prompt the coordinate development.The train of thought of interaction between city and country to rejuvenate the economy of northeast China is as followings: Reorganizing the productive factors to change the inferior strength,insisting on the new-style industrialization road to get a coordinate development,trying a market operation of country economy to reorganize the resources,strengthening the change of government function to provide an institutional conditions of economic development,and quickening the step of country financing to help the development of middle and small sized enterprises. |
