| 摘 要： | 实施宗教和谐战略既是由宗教自身及其发展中的某些特点所决定,又是贯彻落实国家宗教方针政策的需要;既是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,又是建设社会主义新农村的客观需要;既是应对我国国内宗教和谐形势发展的需要,又是应对国际宗教形势发展给我国带来种种挑战的需要。
