| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法 ,探讨了在社会转型时期我国体育发展与管理的一些基本理论问题。笔者提出 :在社会转型时期 ,我国体育的发展与管理必须适应建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求 ,以经济学等新的视角来认识考察当代中国体育的本质与结构 ,充分引进市场机制 ,深化体育管理体制改革 ,改变传统的体育发展方式 ,实施“科教兴体”和可持续发展战略。 |

| Abstract: | Basing on understanding the inherent meanings and features of social transfoming period in China today,authors probed into the basic theoretical problems of development and management of sports in the social transforming period in China by using the methods of literatures,social investigation and logical analysis.Authors put forward that the development and management of sports in China must suit to the demands of the building of the system of market economy of socialism.And we should understand the essence and structure of sports in China today from the point of view of economy by puting into the market mechanical system,and deepening the reform of system of sports managment.And we should change the tranditional model of sports development,implement the strategy of vitsalizing sports through science,education and continous development. |
