| 摘 要： | 在总结了经济、管理学科发展历史的基础上，根据目前我国社会经济发展对经济管理人才的需求，分析了高等学校经济管理类本科毕业生在新形势下应具备的知识、能力、素质，提出了经济管理类本科教育应针对社会对不同层次的经济管理人才的需求进行教学改进的建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the developmental history of economics and management disciplines,according to the need of economy-management talents for our social and economic development at present,this paper analyses the knowledge,abilities and qualifications of the economy-management that undergraduates in universities and colleges should have under the new situation,and puts forward the suggestions of teaching improvements the the economy-management undergraduate education should do according to the different needs of the different economy-management talents. |
