试论杜威的教师教育思想

摘    要:基于教师在教育改革中的重要性,杜威非常重视教师教育工作。其关于教师教育思想的主要内容有:教育学院是教师教育的主要机构,但初等学校和高级中学也是教师教育机构的一部分;教师教育应包括一般文化知识、具体学科知识、教育理论知识(含心理学和学科教法等)、专业精神四个方面的内容,其中,一般文化知识是前提,具体学科知识是基础,教育理论知识是主线,教育实际见习是重要环节,而所有这些都以专业精神为灵魂和统率。

Abstract:As a great educator,John Dewey paid more attention to teacher education.In his opinion,though the school of education was the main agency of teacher education,elementary school and high school was organic parts of teacher education institutions.Curriculum of teacher education should involve four aspects:general knowledge,subjects knowledge,knowledge about education theory and professional spirits,in which,general knowledge was the prerequisite,subject knowledge was the basis,knowledge about education theory was the backbone,teaching practice was a necessary part,and all of these should permeate with the professional spirits.
