外泌体调控脂代谢的研究进展

摘    要:外泌体可以诱导多种miRNAs调节脂代谢。通过分析外泌体和脂代谢之间的关系,发现外泌体参与脂质的合成、脂质运输和脂质降解。探讨外泌体miRNAs调控脂代谢的相关机制,发现miR-122,miR-192,miR-27a-3p和miR-27b-3p是外泌体调控脂代谢紊乱的标记物,靶基因Ppara很可能是目前观察到的显性基因中的核心基因。这一发现,有望为更好地解决脂代谢障碍的病因提供帮助,为将其作为新的靶点来源或新的治疗策略提供参考依据。

Abstract:Exosomes can induce a variety of miRNAs to regulate lipid metabolism.This article reviewed the relationship between exosomes and lipid metabolism and found that exosomes are involved in lipid synthesis,lipid transport and lipid degradation.To explore the relevant mechanisms of exosomal miRNAs regulating lipid metabolism,it was found that miR-122,miR-192,miR-27a-3p and miR-27b-3p are markers of exosomal regulation of lipid metabolism disorders,and the target gene Ppara is likely to be the core gene among the dominant genes currently observed.This discovery is expected to provide help for the study of exosomal miRNAs to better solve the cause of lipodystrophy and to provide reference for using it as a new target source or new treatment strategy.
