谈如何建立科学的高校考试制度

我国的高等教育现阶段面临的主要任务是提倡并实施素质教育，充分发挥学生学习的主动性，培养全面发展、自我发展的创新性人才。而高校考试制度在一定程度上制约了以上几个方面的实施。据此，从推进素质教育出发，对高校考试制度的现状进行了分析，提出了建立科学的考试制的原则，并提出了切实有效的改革措施。

On Reforming College Entrance Examinations to Push Forward Quality Education

With China's entry into WTO, education becomes a field to be open to the outside. A number of problems still exist, one of which has to do with college entrance examinations. It is suggested that measures must be taken to implement reforms in college entrance examination and to push forward quality education in institutions of higher learning in China.
