摘    要:当今世界,地震灾难不断侵蚀着我们和谐的家园,如何完善抗震防灾辅助决策管理系统的建设,提高各城市政府抗震防灾能力已成为一项共同的任务。IT技术与GIS技术的发展,使城市在面临地震灾害时实现高效的抗震防灾、快速做出响应决策,使灾害造成的损失降到最低成为可能。以北京市为例,利用GIS方法对系统进行了设计与实现。

The Design and Realization of Management System in Earthquake Prevention Decision-making based on GIS
Abstract:Nowadays,the calamity that has been caused by Earthquake corrodes our harmonious homestead constantly. How to make the construct of a decision-making management system and enhance the power of any government based on Earthquake disaster prevention has become a common mission. With the development of IT technology and GIS,cities can bring the Earthquake disaster prevention into effect and make the decisiun-making in response to it immediately,so that losses caused by Earthquake can be also reduced to minimum. The article realizes the system using the GIS methods for example of Beijing.
