The Design and Realization of Management System in Earthquake Prevention Decision-making based on GIS

Nowadays,the calamity that has been caused by Earthquake corrodes our harmonious homestead constantly. How to make the construct of a decision-making management system and enhance the power of any government based on Earthquake disaster prevention has become a common mission. With the development of IT technology and GIS,cities can bring the Earthquake disaster prevention into effect and make the decisiun-making in response to it immediately,so that losses caused by Earthquake can be also reduced to minimum. The article realizes the system using the GIS methods for example of Beijing.
