| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访问调查法等,对上海市部分高校网球俱乐部现状进行调查研究,认为网球俱乐部是一种适合当前我国高校现状的网球教育形式,值得推广;资金短缺、网球教师知识结构的缺陷、评价体系的不完善是当前高校网球俱乐部存在的主要问题;强化网球俱乐部的管理机制是俱乐部发展的关键所在。并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | The methods of questionnaires,and interviews,etc.were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of tennis clubs of ordinary universities in Shanghai.The result shows that tennis club is a kind of tennis educational pattern worthing to be spreaded which is suitable to the status quo of our universities;There are some problems among them such as short of funding,limited structure of knowledge,and imperfect assessment system;While the key is managing mechanism of the development.Some strategies regarding these problems are put forward in the paper. |
