对中国近代科学教育的回顾与反思

摘    要:中国近代科学教育产生于洋务运动时期的新式学堂,癸卯学制的颁布使科学教育步入制度化阶段,"五四"时期开始注重科学精神的提倡。中国近代科学教育的主要症结是单纯重视科学知识的传授,忽视科学方法特别是科学精神的培养。

Abstract:Modern scientific education of China came into being in new types of schools during the Westernization Movement, and the publication of Gui Mao Educational System made scientific education enter the stage of systematization. So at the beginning of the May 4th Movement, encouragement of scientific spirit was valued. In modern scientific education of China, the fundamental cause of problems lay in emphasis on the teaching of scientific knowledge alone, and deemphasis on scientific methods, especially development of scientific spirit.
