| 摘 要： | 通过采用问卷法对某高职院校300名在校学生进行心理自立与职业成熟度的相关性调查。分析结果得出:心理自立与职业成熟度呈显著相关;心理自立的各个维度与职业自主和职业参照呈现显著性相关;自控性与职业成熟度的各个维度呈现显著性相关。
