| Abstract: | The rule that the intellectual property rights of college students graduate design belongs to the college suppresses the students’ creativity into full play,and the school benefit is limited.From the analysis of the pros and cons of the rules,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures in order to improve the quality of personnel training. |
