| 摘 要： | 作为一种切于时需的兼具思辩理性和实践理性的价值哲学,宋明理学的主旨并非对天道、性命进行纯粹的抽象思辩,而是为现实政治秩序重建进行哲学奠基.在天理本体秩序的范导下,理学家的政治秩序呈现为刚性秩序与柔性秩序的统一.立足于心性论,理学家为政治秩序建构开掘出深沉的人性根基和相应的价值向度.在实现方式上,他们希望通过君以行道或士以行道的方式建构出和谐稳定、天理流行的世界.就内在理路讲,理学家将政治秩序建构的逻辑起点归结为人,但随着人的道德理性对人的知性与感性的压制,人终蜕变为道德化的抽象存在,秩序建构之有生命性的逻辑根基丧失了,理学家的政治秩序势必走向僵化.依此秩序建构之理路,晚明心学高扬人的感性欲求,现代新儒家努力开显人的知性之维,绝非历史的偶然.

| Abstract: | The substance of neo-confucianism is laying an philosophical foundation to the rebuilding course of realistic political order.On the guidance of the heaven principle,the political order of neo-confuciansm takes on a unification of rigid order and flexible order.Based on the theory of humane nature,relevant value demension for political order were constructed.The philophers of the neo-confucianism put the logic beginning on the people.Political order is bound to become seriously rigid. |
