建国以来中国共产党执政公信力建设的基本经验

建国以来,中国共产党一直十分重视执政公信力的建设,六十多年的执政经验表明:提升党的执政公信力必须始终坚持以马克思主义作为执政的指导思想；始终坚持把改善民生作为执政的根本目的；始终坚持以解放生产力、发展生产力作为执政的根本任务；始终坚持把改善党群关系作为执政的坚实基础；始终坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的执政方式；始终坚持建设和谐社会的执政理念.

Basic Experience of the Construction of the Public Trust of Chinese Communist Party after the Establishment of P.R.China

The Chinese Communist Party has been emphasizing the construction of its own public trust since the establishment of P.R.China.Its ruling experience during the past 60 years has shown that:enhancing the public trust of Chinese Communist Party should always keep Marxism as its guiding ideology,keep the improvement of people’s livelihood as its basic task,and keep the improvement of the Party-masses relationship as its solid foundation.In addition,it should also adhere to the ruling styles of scientific administrion,democratic administration and governing by law and the ruling idea of constructing the harmonious society.
