| 摘 要： | 我国既是一个资源储存大国也是一个资源消耗大国,如何在经济发展的同时保护好自然资源,这对我国自然资源管理提出了新的要求.有必要从自然资源的总体情况、国民的资源意识、自然资源管理的法律法规以及自然资源管理相关部门四方面对中国和瑞典自然资源管理进行比较分析,并指出瑞典自然资源管理对我国在自然资源管理上可以借鉴和学习的地方.

| Abstract: | China not only has various natural resources but also consumes numerous natural resoures;therefore,it is a challenge for us to protect these natural resources while promoting the national economic growth.This paper compared and analyzed the overall resources situation,the institution of natural resources management,the legislation framework and the people’s resources consciousnees.It also provided several suggestions to improve our current situation of natural resources management according to the Swedish model and experience. |
