| 摘 要： | 碳税是应对全球气候变化问题的重要手段之一,因其经济刺激的明显性和实施的便利,被许多国家适用.美国早在上个世纪90年代初开始研究并拟采用碳税,但直至今日,尚只有个别地区适用碳税,其缓慢的发展历程、碳税的具体政策及其实施效果,对我国制定相关的法律、政策有借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Carbon tax is one important means to tackle global climate change.Because of its obvious economic stimulus and the convenience of implementation,it has been applied in many countries.As early as 90 in the last century,carbon tax would be used in the United States.But until today,it was applied in some areas.The carbon tax’s slow development process,its effect of the specific policies and their implementation will be good to the development of Chinese relevant laws and policy. |
