论道德冷漠症的产生根源——兼析体制性因素的道德影响

道德冷漠症主要表现在社会成员个体遇到困难,需要救助时,其他社会成员不予施救,其重要原因在于其他成员担忧受到被施救者反诬.被施救者反诬施救者的现象在当前社会上较为普遍,其发生原因主要在于被施救者将反诬视为获得利益的捷径,这种利益获取的价值超过了其所承担的道德风险.被施救者寻求获利捷径,这在很大程度上受到整个社会财富、机会等要素分配的体制性影响,特别是当前财富分配中不劳而获、“少劳多得”现象渐多,通过不良手段获取财富的现象普遍.这与我国政治体制中大量特权空间和体制漏洞的存在关系密切,并在根源上归咎于地方官员政治权力自下而上产生、对下负责和实际上官员权力由上级赋予、对上负责的矛盾.

On the Origin of the Moral Apathy

Social moral apathy’s main performance is that,when social individual encounter difficulties and need assistance,other members of the society will not give help.The important reason is that the other members worried being framed.The phenomenon in the current society is very common.The reason lies in the interests of short-cut,this benefit is worth more than its moral risk.Some persons seek to profit from the shortcut,which to a large extent by the whole social wealth and opportunity’s distribution.Meanwhile,our country’s political system in a large number of privileged space and system loophole are relative to that phenomenon.The Origin of the Social Moral Apathy may be the surface system of local officials attributed to political power from bottom to top,responsible to common people,but in fact the official power is given by the top and in charge of the top.
