大城市郊区不同区域农户土地投入行为差异及其影响因素对比研究——以沈阳市苏家屯区为例

摘    要:本文从农户投入行为角度出发,以农户经济学理论为基础,通过构建大城市郊区不同区域农户土地投入行为差异及其影响机制理论分析框架。采用农户调查法、统计分析法和农户家庭模型回归分析法,以辽宁省沈阳市苏家屯区为例,研究结果表明:(1)大城市郊区农户由于受工业化、城镇化的影响不同(其实质是受社会经济政策环境影响不同),其土地投入行为存在着明显的差异,主要表现为随着离城市中心距离的增加,农户土地投入强度逐渐增加,土地集约利用程度逐渐增强;(2)其影响因素对不同区域农户土地投入行为的作用方向、影响程度与显著水平均有所不同。基于以上研究结果,政府应该从促进农村土地流转与适度规模经营,培训农户采用先进适用技术和现代生产要素,完善农产品市场调控等方面引导与规范农户土地投入行为。

Abstract:Using household economics theory, a framework to analyze differences in household land investment behavior and the influence of socio-economic and policy changes was undertaken. Thirteen influencers of land investment behavior were included in the framework and applied to location, province, China. We found that preferred household land investment behavior depends on the pressures of socio-economic policy. The intensity of land investment and degree of land intensive use is enhanced as distance from the city center increases;this is a special expression of traditional agricultural location theory. To verify the theoretical framework multiple linear regression models were employed. We found that the direction, degree and significance of influencing factors impact household land investment behavior differently in different regions. The main impact factor in Lin Hu Street is urban expansion and adjustment of economic structure;the main impact factor in Wang Gangpu village is labor allocation between agriculture and non-agriculture;and the main impact factor in Yong Le village is the agricultural product price and land management scale. According to these data, the government should guide and regulate household land investment behavior through the promotion of rural land contract and management rights;develop various forms of moderate scale operation;apply advanced technology and modern production factors;and improve agricultural production market regulation.
