| 摘 要： | 督查是院校管理过程中最基本的环节 ,是能否把计划和任务目标落到实处的关键所在。督查工作反映出一个单位的管理水平。学校须高度重视督查工作 ,常抓不懈 ,采取得力措施 ,不断加强督查工作 ,推动管理工作上水平、上台阶。

| Abstract: | Supervision, which plays an important part in the implementation of plans and targets, is a key link in the process of College administration. The work of supervision reflects the administrative level of an administrative unit. In order to improve the managing work, the College Authority should keep paying more attention to the supervision work, and take efficient measures to strengthen it. |
