略论我国中小企业技术创新的制约因素及其疏导对策

中小企业是重要的技术创新源。要使中国进入创新型国家行列,必须充分发挥中小企业在技术创新中的作用。然而,就目前我国中小企业技术创新的情况看,还存在许多制约因素。在概述中小企业技术创新的主要制约因素基础上,提出相应的对策。

Brief Discussion on the Restrictive Factors and its Conducting Countermeasures of Technology Innovation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of our Country

Small and medium-sized enterprise is the important resource of technology innovation. In order to join the row of innovative country,we must play the effect of small and medium-sized enterprise in technology innovation. But from the situation of technology innovation in our country's small and medium-sized enterprise,there are lots of restrictive factors. Based on summarizing the major restrictive factors of technology innovation in small and medium-sized enterprise,this paper provided the corresponding countermeasures.
