| 摘 要： | 两个体系建设是目前全国档案系统的中心工作。各地都在摸索建立两个体系的思路和方法,且取得了一定的经验,形成了一些成功的案例,但也出现了一些新的问题。本文从分析各地实施两个体系建设的具体做法入手,指出其中一些自认为有失偏颇的行为,提出了几种应该避免的思想倾向,以期对两个体系建设有所帮助。
