| Abstract: | Water resource is the lifeline of agriculture and economic construction, the cause of water re-source needs high-qualified staff members, and the improving of the quality of the labour force depends oneducation. Based on the analysis on the important position of water resource, the paper proposes the development aim of education for water resource orienting to the 21st century, the operating system and thestrategic concept. |
