我国新型农村养老保险制度存在的问题及完善对策——以山东省临沂市为例

中国是农业大国,农村人口占比大,且老龄化趋势明显。农民的养老问题既牵扯到农民自己的切身利益,亦关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。本文通过对新型农村养老保险试点之一的山东省临沂市的走访调查,分析了新型农村养老保险实施过程中的问题及原因,并提出相关对策建议,从而对全国新型农村养老保险制度的建设及完善提供一定的借鉴。
