梅州金柚生产经营特点及整合营销对策

摘    要:梅州特殊的地理环境条件,形成了全国最大的金柚生产基地;但由于生产周期长,加之传统的种植和采收方式及自行销售或打包销售等生产经营特点,致使梅州金柚市场的拓展面临挑战;为此,需要通过生产的集约化、加工的专业化、销售市场化、品牌化及市场的虚拟化等,对梅州金柚进行整合营销,以全面提升梅州金柚的市场竞争力。

Abstract:Owing to its special geographical conditions,Meizhou has turned itself to be the biggest Pomelo production base;but special characteristics of production and business operation of Meizhou Pomelo have imposed great challenges in marketing itself,such as long production period,traditional plant and collection methods,individual sales or by package.Therefore we need to market Meizhou Pomelo integratively through intensive production,professional processing,branding and exploring market virtualization,so as to enhance its competitiveness.
