| 摘 要： | 为提高健身俱乐部职业健身教练队伍整体素质,探究我国职业健身教练资质认证工作,本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,对我国部分省市的健身俱乐部职业健身教练资质认证状况作了研究,结果发现：我国职业健身教练发展迅速,但持证上岗比例较低;职业健身教练的岗前资质认证制度尚不健全;政府缺乏对职业健身教练资质认证工作的管理与监督.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the overall quality of health club professional fitness coach, explore our professional fitness trainer certification, this article uses a literature study, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and statistics of some provinces and cities in China, health club professional fitness instructors qualification certification status made a study and found that： the rapid development of our professional fitness trainer but lower proportion certificates; pre-service professional fitness trainer certification system is not sound; Government＇s lack of management and supervision of a professional fitness trainer certification work. |
