大学学习型组织发展结构模型的实证研究

摘    要:通过文献综述、开放式的访谈、专家学者的咨询等方法构建了大学学习型组织发展结构的理论模型,并通过小样本的预测试编制了大学学习型组织发展问卷。经过对正式问卷采集的数据进行的探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,结果表明:大学学习型组织发展的结构模型分为自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、团队学习、系统思考五个维度,32个题项,该问卷因素结构清晰,信度和效度均较好。

Abstract:Based on the literature review, open-ended interviews, consulting experts and scholars to the learning organization and higher edueation management, the article design a theoretical model for the development structure of the universities learning organization, and design a questionnaire through a small sample of the pre-test statistical analysis for the development of the university learning organization. After the analysis the exploratory factor and confirmatory factor by the formal questionnaire collected data, the results showed that., the university learning structural model of organizational development is divided into five-dimensional degrees of the self-transcendence, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking. The factor structure of questionnaire is a clear, and the reliability and validity were good.
