基于价值导向的我国青少年体育俱乐部运营可持续发展研究

通过文献资料法、访谈法、综合研究法等研究方法，从价值导向视角研究和分析我国青少年体育俱乐部运营可持续发展。结果表明：满足国家与社会赋予的价值使命，是青少年体育俱乐部运营可持续发展的社会基础；满足相关利益者的价值期盼，是青少年体育俱乐部市场发展的必备环境发展空间；满足学员及其家长的价值期盼和价值体验，是俱乐部运营可持续发展的市场基础；满足俱乐部经营管理者的价值需求，是俱乐部运营可持续发展的内因条件；满足发起单位和投资人的价值期盼，是俱乐部运营可持续发展的发展条件。

Study on the Value- based Sustainable Development of Operation of Youngster Sport Clubs in China

Through literature review,interview and comprehensive analysis,the authors examined the sustainable development of sport club for youngster in China.The conclusions were as follows: First,to meet the mission granted by the nation and society is the social foundation for the sustainable development of youngster sport club;Second,to meet the value expectation of different sides concerned provides the space for the development of the club market;Third,to meet the expectation and experience of youngsters and their parents;Fourth,to meet the interest of the managers of the club is the inner factor for the sustainable development of the club;Fifth,to meet the value expectation of the initiative units and investors is the developing factor for the club's sustainable development.
