| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了高等学校课堂教学质量与人才流动的关系,进而从高校的师资状况分析入题,针对高校办学定位、内部机制和校际平台等方面提出了整合高校人才流动机制的建议,对促进高校的人才流动和良性发展,不断提高高校课堂教学质量具有重要意义。
