雁门关生态畜牧经济区环境脆弱性形成机制与可持续发展对策

雁门关生态畜牧经济区位于山西省北部和西部,约占山西省总面积的1/3,这里曾经是山西省水土流失最严重、生态最脆弱、生产力最不发达的地区,也是全国连片贫困和京津风沙原地。文章以岢岚县为例,采用资料搜集、实地调查和考察、文献检索等方法,应用区域分析及区域综合等原理,对该县生态环境脆弱性的形成机制:自然条件——地质、地貌基础、地表组成物质和气候条件;社会经济条件——陡坡开垦、过度放牧、经营粗放、人口增长过快等因素进行了剖析。并在此基础上提出了可持续发展的对策——发展生态农业,建立良性循环的林、草、田复合生态系统。

The Forming Mechanism of Fragile Nature on Yan Men Banier Ecological Animal Husbandry Exemplary Arca and Counter-Measure Research on Sustainable Development——Take Kelan County as An Example

Ke Lan County belongs to extremely frigid mountain area,It was defined as poor county of the state and important county to be helped by the state.because of its remote location,adverse circumstances,poor natural resources and the backwardness of economic.The thesis mainly expounds the forming mechanism of fragile nature of ecocircumstances of Ke Lan county:Natural conditions-the fragile nature of the base of geology,geomorphology surface materials and climate conditions;Social conditions-Reclaiming steep slopes,excessinely enlarging animal husbandry,roughly operating,population increasing fast and soon.All the factors led to the fragile nature of ecocircumstances.The thesis puts forward counter-measures of sustainable development-to develop ecoagricuture,set up a compound ecosystem of forests,grass,fields of good circle by analising and studying the forming mechanism of fragile nature.
