高校债务危机对教师心理的影响及对策

摘    要:当前我国高校的债务危机主要来源于新校区建设。高校的巨额债务危机直接影响到教师自身的生活质量,从而产生心理上的不公平感;影响教师自我价值的实现,从而产生心理上的焦虑感;影响师生关系,从而使教师产生心理上的内疚感。解除高校债务危机对教师的心理影响既需要探索高校建设多渠道融资机制减轻高校债务压力,还要实行科学管理,充分利用各种渠道拉近学校管理者与教师之间、师生之间的心理距离。

Abstract:At present,the debt crisis of the university mainly roots in the construction of new district in our country.The enormous debt crisis of the university influences the teacher's life quality directly,thus produces the unfair sense in psychology;this also influences the realization of teacher's self-value,thus produces the psychological anxious sense;It influences the teacher-student relationship,thus make the teacher produce the psychological guilty sense.Relieving the university debt crisis on the teachers' psychological impact must need to explore multi-channel financing mechanism of the university construction to abate university's debt pressure,and implement scientific management,fully utilize various channels to shorten the psychological distance between administrators and teachers,teachers and students.
