试论欠发达地区中小企业的发展

由于经济欠发达地区缺乏足够数量的中小企业,使得一方面大量劳动力资源闲置,另一方面农民收入增长缓慢、市场需求和消费能力不足。解决此问题最好的办法是鼓励投资兴办中小企业,让更多的劳动者特别是广大农民在中小企业就业,为他们提供一个稳定增加收入的途径,这既是解决贫富差距实现三农问题的途径,同时也是建设社会主义新农村、实现工业化和城市化的根本出路。

Discussing SME Development in Underdeveloped Regions

Since underdeveloped region is in short of sufficient SMEs,a large amount of human resources is left unused,on the other hand,peasants' income increases slowly,the market demand and the consumption ability are insufficient.The best way to solve this problem is to encourage promoting SMEs,so that more laborers,especially peasants can work in SMEs,providing them a stable income.This is the breakthrough to reduce the gap between rich and poor to solve the problem concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.Meanwhile,it is the fundamental way to build a new socialist countryside and realize industrialization and urbanization.
