| 摘 要： | 国家因人口老龄化而产生养老难的问题,企业因各种原因而存在人才流失问题,二者有一个共同的解决办法,这就是实施企业年金制度.本文基于企业视角,从企业年金定义、内容学习入手,根据制度特征,分析了制度在执行过程中的成效和缺陷,以求较深刻地理解我国企业年金制度.

| Abstract: | Due to ageing populations,our country is facing a problem providing for the aged.For various reasons,the enterprise is facing the brain drain problem.Both have a common solution,which is to carry out enterprise pension system.Based on the enterprise,from the angle of enterprise annuity definition, content,according to the study of system characteristic,this paper analyzed the system effectiveness and defects in the process of execution,in order to profoundly understand our country enterprise pension system. |
