实证与思辩——论犯罪学教学之美

犯罪学是集各门科学之大成的综合性学科，是为了预防和减少犯罪现象的发生。以实证和思辨的方法研究作为社会现象的犯罪现象的产生、存在和发展变化规律的社会科学。上个世纪八十年代以后，犯罪学教学和研究进一步受到重视，许多大学开设了犯罪学课程。目前高等院校犯罪学教学中存在着轻理论重实践、师生关系庸俗化、教学缺乏创新等问题，犯罪学教学应有的美之境界主要包括理论之美、教师之美和智慧之美三个方面。

Positivism and Speculativism on Beauty ofCriminology Teaching

Criminology is an integrated discipline of different sciences. It is a social science of the study of the rules of the occurrence, existence and development of a social problem -crimes, with the application of positive study and speculative study methods for the prevention and reduction of crimes. Greater importance has been attached to the teaching and research of criminology since 1980~s and the course of crimi- nology has been offered to students in many universities and colleges. At present, there are such problems of more emphasis on the theory while less on the practice, vulgarization of the teacher--student relationship, lack of innovation in the teaching of the course. On the basis of personal perception in the teaching of criminology in the past several years, the writer puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the teaching and the realization of beauty of teaching criminology.
