| 摘 要： | 高职的教学改革已经从宏观向中观和微观发展。与此同时,经济的发展对人才的需求呈现新的变化,对人才素质提出了新的要求。如何构建一种真正满足企业同时满足市场的高职英语体系是高职英语教育改革的当务之需。本文从改变观念、改革教材、改革教学方式、改革考核方法四个方面介绍我校近几年来如何在行动导向教学模式下对商务职场英语课程所作出的一些实践探索。
