| 摘 要： | 将小额贷款运用于减灾领域在我国尚未开展。小额贷款减灾具有广阔的适用空间，适于灾民生产自救。构建小额贷款用于减灾的平台，需加大国家扶持力度，完善有关政策，制定相关法律法规，加强风险管理。

| Abstract: | Microfinance used in the reduction of disasters is not well under way in China. It may be extensively used in broad spheres of post-disaster production and self-rescues. Platforms should be built with an increased state support, relevant policies, laws and regulations. |
