加强和改进高校基层团组织建设的对策分析

近年来,团员比例的不断加大和教学模式的不断改革,给高校基层团组织建设带来了新的机遇和挑战。但各高校在团组织建设、队伍建设、思想建设中普遍存在着一些薄弱环节。这就需要我们从加强团组织体系建设、重视团干部队伍建设、强化团员意识教育等方面着手进行解决,创新工作思路,探索基层团组织建设的新模式。

To Strengthen and Improve the Building of Grass-Root Organizations of Youth League in Colleges and Universities

In recent years,with the increasing proportion of members and continuing reform of teaching,building of grass-root organizations of youth league has been confronted with new opportunities and challenges.However,there are commonly some weak links in organizations construction,team construction and thinking construction.So we must solve these problems through reinforcing organization construction,paying attention to the cadres＇ personnel construction,strengthening the League members＇ awareness,so as to innovate working ideas and explore a new model for the building of grass-root organizations.
