加强中小学图书馆服务育人功能的思考

图书馆是中小学教育教学不可或缺的重要资源,但当前其服务育人功能并没有得到充分发挥。本文从图书馆自身功能、现状、新课改要求及学校育人功能方面,阐述了图书馆具有重要的服务育人功能。为此,图书馆工作人员必须加强自身修养,创新服务观念,简化管理模式,发挥学生作用,开展各项活动,以完善并加强服务育人功能。

Reflections on Enhancing the Function of Cultivating People with Good Service in Secondary and Primary School Libraries

The library is an implacable resource in secondary and primary education,but its function of cultivating people with good service is not given full scope.This paper interprets its important function of cultivating people with good service from the following aspects：the functions of library,its current status,the requirements of the new curriculum reform and school＇s function of cultivating people.In view of this,the library working staff should enhance their self-cultivation,innovate service ideas,simplify management mode,give full scope to students＇ function and carry out various activities,so as to perfect and enhance the function of cultivating people with good service.
