美国教师质量伙伴研究及其政策影响

摘    要:教师质量伙伴研究是首次由美国联邦政府和州教育机构联合开展的政策性研究,旨在考察高效教师培养的关键因素,以更有效地提高学生的学习成绩。该研究在美国有关教师质量研究中参与面最广,层次最深,政策服务方向明确,将对美国教师教育政策产生重大影响。文章从美国教师质量伙伴研究的背景、运作、构成及其政策影响四个层面展开论述。

Abstract:Teacher Quality Partnership research was first developed by American Federal Government and State Educational Agencies is a kind of policy research,which aims at checking the key factors of teachers'preparation for highly qualified teachers so as to improve students'scores more effectively.It has the most extensive participation,deepest gradation in American relative teacher quality researches and has definite direction of policy service.It will have a great effect on American teacher education policies.This paper discusses four aspects of the American teacher quality partnership research,such as its background,function,formation and influence of the policy.
